The BDIA is an all-volunteer, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to preserving the property and providing a family-friendly place for people to gather.
Community Center
The Community Center is just the right size for your Quinceañera, Sweet 16, Graduation, Wedding, Family reunion, or any other large events. The Community Center has a large stage for a Band or DJ, Male and Female Restrooms, a Full Kitchen, Bar, Seating for 350 while leaving room for a Dance Floor, or 500 if all tables are used with no dance floor.
The Fellowship Hall
The Fellowship Hall has exactly what you need to host events like Birthday Parties, Graduations, Weddings showers, Baby Showers, or any other small events. This hall has tables and chairs for 100 guest, Male and Female Restrooms, and a full kitchen. The Fellowship Hall has an additional wing that can be used for club meetings.
St. Joseph’s Pavilion
St. Joseph’s Pavilion is a great place to have your outdoor party. The pavilion has a large stage for a Band or DJ, Male and Female Restrooms, raised table area, and electrical for all your outdoor fun like Inflatables or a Ferris Wheel. The Pavilion can be rented as a standalone or with either the Fellowship Hall or the Community Center.
