Annual General Membership Meeting – 4th Tuesday in January @ 7:00 PM
The Annual Membership meeting will be held on the fourth (4th) Tuesday of January at the Boling Community Center starting at 7 pm. In this meeting we will review the association, what are the requirements of being a member, and nominate/elect the board of directors. Membership in this association is open to all residents and employees over the age of eighteen (18) of Boling and the adjoining area and communities within the Boling Independent School district. Membership is one ($1) dollar to join and is paid annually at each meeting. Please come out and join our organization which has been around since March 23rd, 1967.
Board of Director Meeting – 4th Tuesday of each month @ 7:00 PM
The Monthly Board meeting is held on the fourth (4th) Tuesday of each month starting at 7 pm. The meeting is held at the Boling Community Fellowship Hall. In this meeting, we discuss financial status, upcoming rentals, needed actions for the facilities, and grant application status.
